Introduction
Costco was founded is September, 1983 in Washington by James Sinegal and Jeffrey Brotman.Costco has become well known in many countries outside the United States, such as China, Mexico and France with plans of expanding more internationally. Since then, it has grown to become one of the biggest retailers in the world, operating more than 800 warehouses across 13 countries.
The purpose of this report is to show Costco’s Customer Fullfillment Management (CFM). The company has established a strong reputation that significantly improves the perception of its brand thanks to its mission statement, which is "to continually provide our members with quality goods and services at the lowest possible prices."
